What they do
Our new approach involves the direct injection into tumors of a unique product created from our DfuseRx SM discovery platform. Intratumoral (“IT”) treatment, or treatment designed to contain a drug inside a tumor without spreading to the rest of the body, has been an objective of clinicians since discovery of chemotherapeutic agents.

INVINCIBLE-4
Primary: Pathological complete response (pCR) in the breast (ypT0/Tis) and affected lymph nodes (ypN0) in the INVINCIBLE-4 Phase 2 study (SAKK 66/22; NCT06358573), Cohort A (INT230-6 plus standard-of-care neoadjuvant immuno-chemotherapy), first seven patients — Pathological complete response (pCR) achieved in the breast (ypT0/Tis) and affected lymph nodes (ypN0) in 5 out of 7 patients (71%; 95% CI 29-96%) in the INT230-6 plus standard-of-care cohort
· No invasive breast cancer cells were detected in the axillary lymph nodes in 6 of the 7 INT230-6 patients, despite 5 (71%) of the patients initially being biopsy-proven node-positive
· Tumor necrosis after 1 or 2 injections in all 7 Cohort A patients
· Pre-surgery MRI RECIST 1.1 complete response in four (57%) patients and partial response in three patients (43%)
· All 7 patients in Cohort A met the criteria for breast-conserving surgery
Safety: The INT230-6 dose was associated with dose-limiting local skin reactions; all other adverse events in Cohort A were low grade (< 2); the protocol was amended to one injection at a lower drug volume to tumor volume ratio
Estimated readout windows: registry primary-completion date + 6-12 weeks. Windows already open are shown from "Now". Drug names link to ClinicalTrials.gov.

Per-asset detail extracted from the 10-Q filed 2026-08-11. Fields the filing does not state are marked "not disclosed" rather than filled from other sources.
Sponsor-matched active trials from ClinicalTrials.gov (1 as sponsor, 0 as collaborator); "Sponsor" = company is the lead sponsor, "Collaborator" = company is a collaborator. The BP column flags big-pharma involvement as lead sponsor or collaborator (excluding the company itself). The Mgmt guide column shows what management guided for readout timing when a guided program matches the trial (hover for the quote, click for the source). Trial listings are not a company pipeline slide.
